I had a very disappointing experience with this website. The design looks outdated and confusing, making it hard to find basic information. Pages load very slowly, and sometimes they don’t load at all. I tried reaching out multiple times but didn’t get a clear solution to my problem. Overall, the website needs serious improvements in performance, user experience, and customer service.
