I ordered my pair of socks on 14th Febuary for a pilates class the week later. These have still NOT arrived and it is the 2nd March. I have emailed customer services twice asking for a refund and/or to sort this out and each time I received a reply saying sorry for the delay. It has been 3 weeks waiting for a pair of socks and still the tracking states it is not out of delivery.
Genuinely not worth the time. I've had to buy from another brand since otherwise I would of not been able to attend my reform classes.
