Rude and unprofessional staff member that is not keeping up with the current market. They have overvalued too many properties to gain clients and clearly panic when buyers can call their bluff. My experience with Elliott's is the reason why no one trusts or likes estate agents.From the response it's still clear that they are unaware that it is illegal to not pass on offers which was stated by the agent on the phone and a report has been made to the Property Ombudsman regarding illegal activity, pressure and intimidation tactics, degrading members of the public and lack of professionalism. Mortgage approvals have declined to the lowest levels in 25 years, interest rates have risen once again and house prices have continued to fall. Once again, I put in my offer being aware of the market and they seem very proud or gleeful in fact to put people in negative equity. If I put in a low bid and someone puts in a higher one, thats honestly how selling houses works so there is no need to aggressively talk to a buyer like that. An offer is an offer I just worry about sold prices and market information. So watch out buyers, don't listen to the nonsense! It's an important reminder as a buyer that estate agents don't have your best interest at heart.
