My review of Symon Back at Elliotts estate agency.In 2023 I made a life changing decision to move back to Sweden after having resided in Uk for 30 years.I decided to use Elliotts estate agency, as I had had a good experience with them in the past. I used Elliotts in 2012 when I sold my house and moved in to the flat that I now wanted to sell.My contact at Elliotts was Symon Back.What a professional he is; positive, well mannered, punctual and very likeable.He gave me a fair valuation of my flat showing me similar flats in my area, he helped me find a solicitor and organised for stunning photos to be taken. Symon kept me informed of all movements re. my flat and he called me when he said he would. All paperwork was handled very quickly, (however it takes two to make the paperwork go quickly so I made sure to also be quick my end.)Once the sale had been agreed Symon did everything he could to make the exchange of contracts and moving date go as smoothly as possible.Moving is a stressful business and if you move abroad even more so. Symon was an incredible help and I can’t recommend him enough. I am very impressed with the way he handled the sale of my flat, and of course the rest of the team at Elliotts.Elliotts behave and work as an estate agency should- other agencies would do well to follow suit.A big thank you from a very satisfied client.Christina Vigerland-Oliver
