Throughout the process their communication was excellent, I received frequent update emails from Symon and Ben which meant I was kept well informed and was aware of any blockers. I was keen to complete as quickly as possible but my solicitor was very slow and making excuses. Elliotts were great at helping me chase her and letting me know when the vendor's solicitors had sent documentation / emails so I when I chased my solicitor I knew exactly how long she was taking to complete a task. This meant I probably completed a few weeks earlier than I otherwise would have, saving me money. Lastly, whenever I wanted access to the property after my offer was accepted (to measure the flat etc.) Elliotts always responded to my email within a few hours and were happy to accommodate. I will probably use Elliotts as my estate agents if / when I eventually sell my flat.
