Very disappointing experience. The delivery was a week late, and there was no communication—no bell ringing, knocking, or messages. The package sat outside for five hours. I ordered a large brown leather flight jacket but received a small, low-quality bomber jacket with short sleeves and a broken zipper. I will attempt to get a refund.
