This was a very frustrating experience. The delivery was a week late, and there was no attempt to notify me—no doorbell ring, knock, text, or email. The package was left outside for five hours. I ordered a large brown leather flight jacket but received a small, low-quality bomber jacket with short sleeves and a faulty zipper. I will be seeking a refund.
