Terrible experience. The motorhome's heaters and refrigerator didn't work. I lost all the food in the refrigerator twice. We suffered losses of over $1800 in food and had to stay in a campground because the gas heater didn't work. We were stuck with the motorhome for over 30 days. They sent us to places to fix it, and even there, nothing worked again. It was chaos. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, and I don't even have one. And we paid for VIP insurance, but in the end, we had to pay the same deductible for an attempted break-in through the door. The agent said it would be $200 to $300, but in 10 minutes, they increased it to $720. Lies and problems. We requested the extension days due to the problems that have occurred since the beginning of the rental. The email is proof of this, where they agreed, and now, in bad faith, on January 11th, they reversed everything, pretending not to understand. We requested the extension days due to problems that have occurred since the beginning of the rental. The email proves they agreed, and now, in bad faith, on January 11th, they reversed everything, pretending not to understand: 1. Gas heater2. Electric heater3. Refrigerator4. Clean water hose5. Dirty hose6. Exhaust fan7. Water heater: explosions, danger, fear 8. Awning that doesn't workNumerous emails, more than 50Numerous calls, more than 50Incorrect information, the first time we took a 148km detour for maintenance and upon arrival they said DO NOT WORK WITH RVs, ONLY TRAILERSOn the second trip for maintenance we took another 126km detour on a horrible and time-consuming road, we waited for 4 hours, and they came to deliver The car, with a blatant, lying excuse that they had fixed the heater and refrigerator, we called the manager who came to the car, said he tested it beforehand, fiddled with a switch and the heater worked. We stayed inside the parking lot for 10 minutes and it stopped working again. Frustrated and nervous, we left the same way we came in.The vehicle sounds like a cart, everything rattles, a real racket. The sound from the radio equipment is awful, it sounds like a joke, a buzzing of bees.We were going to do the trip 50% camping and 50% in remote locations, which would save us a lot, an average of 80 dollars a day, but we were forced to stay in campsites because the gas heater DOES NOT WORK.In this part alone, we had approximately $1,040 in extra expenses. We lost: 2 gallons of milk (2 liters each), several yogurt containers, 2 packages of sausages, tomatoes, fruits and other vegetables, ham, mozzarella, wine, prepared meals, and other things totaling approximately $530.We bought 2 electric heaters because the existing heaters weren't working. We bought a cooler and always have ice to store food; it's absurd to rent a motorhome and go back in time and need a cooler to travel with.I paid for VIP insurance which is useless because when something happens you have to pay again; the math doesn't add up.416 + 720I suffered numerous losses and problems, and was misled by the information WRITTEN BY YOU IN AN EMAIL about the daily allowances that would be given and not charged. Look, I hope and want no one to go through what we went through in 30 days with this motorhome of yours, that no one is deceived. It's regrettable, you spoke on the phone, and it's in the email about the extended daily allowances, which would be a gift, so to speak, do the math: spoiled food, unnecessary camping days, fuel and time we spent and lost looking for mechanics who didn't solve anything, and detours. Another thing, even the attendant said that the repair would cost between 200 and 300 dollars. Then you came up with 720. I am a farmer, we are correct and honest in our activities, and we teach our children about honor and honesty, which is why everything that happened with you greatly shocked them. Goodbye.
