Scam, Fake Adidas Sambas

I saw an ad for Adidas Samba OG on SHOP PAY a pay over time company. The ad was at a store named Ellodie or Elodie. Shop had an ad for the pair of women's Adidas Sambas that I've been looking for and are sold out everywhere. I knew immediately after I placed my order , which turned out to be two orders, because the company is set up to scam folks and their system doesn't notify you, nor does shop pay show the order immediately when you purchase. Usually with companies I order from I get an immediate notification. I never received one until the next day. That's why two pair of shoes were ordered. It appeared the first order didn't go through. Then shop pay posted the purchase several days apart when they were done within minutes of each other. I had immediately emailed them to cancel the orders (like you do with Amazon) ASAP. Elodie wrote back and said they weren't able to cancel because it was already in process of shipping. That was a lie. Yet the shop pay order history shows two different order dates September 30 and October 2. I ordered online on Sept 2 and that was the date of my first email to Elodie. They were ordered at the same within minutes apart, yet the shop pay history conflicts and has the wrong order dates. agI also realized after the order was placed a message said delivery within 30 days! red flag, they were shipping from China and I'd just been scammed. Elodie would not cancel the orders when they could have. But Elodie wrote back and said the orders couldn't be canceled. Every email I sent I asked if they were shipping from China and they never they never replied. They advertise as Ellodie, Elodie boutique and possibly Lilac Blond all are advertised on ShopPays website. ordered the Adidas shoes and used Shoppay/Affirm app to pay over time. After i placed my order I was informed by Elodie or Ellodie (they change their business names, one name is also called Lilac Blonde) Minutes after I placed my order I immediately emailed Ellodie and asked to cancel not one but two orders! I realized I had just been scammed. I collect Adidas Samba OG shoes, I know their quality and craftsmanship. When the shoes arrived I opened the box and there was a strong chemical smell. Authentic adidas smell like leather. The shoes weren't authentic Adidas, There were several indicators they were fake. They smelled, the material was like plastic not soft leather or suede .Authentic Adidas have numbers inside their shoes on the inside of the shoes tongue. the numbers are different for the right foot and the left foot, located i The fake adidas from Elodie had the same numbers on the right and left shoe. Another red flag, authentic adidas have a "stitched" authentic label on the outside tongue of the shoes.with a logo .and the fake ones don't have the stitching. They have what looks like a stamp that would wear off. I contacted Elodie and they said: they stand by their product, they are legitimate and offered a 40.00 gift card to use towards a future purchase. Or I could send the shoes back and they would reassess my case and provide an updated resolution once the item is returned. That was all lies. I replied that I won't pay to ship the fake shoes to China, that it's cost more than the shoes. Interesting they finally let me know where they were from. They don't have an address, phone number, and everything about the company on the Internet is negative. i called Affirm and I filed a dispute. They told me to send them all of my proof.I sent them all of the emails between me and Elodie. I sent photos comparing the real ADidas and photos of the Fake ones. They told me the account would be on hold on billing payments until resolution. Yet Shop Pay/Affirm kept sending notifications to make my payments for the shoes and stating I had late payments Last week Affirm came to a decision and denied my dispute saying there wasn't enough evidence and I was told I'm responsible for my payment plan. I'm being charged 108.25 twice!I now realize that SHOP PAY/ AFFIRM might have denied my dispute because I ordered the FAKE Samba OG shoes from them! I thought it was a Facebook ad and fortunately had a screenshot saved that shows ShopPay.Interesting that Shop Pay advertises the scammers and then denied my claim. I was so upset that I called Affirm /shoppay to dispute they're denying my claim..I was told on November 7th to resubmit proof of all of the emails and photos info by November 11th. Iot want until several days ago I came across all of the negative reviews and ratings and discovered hundreds of negative reviews, a fake company with fake products and it's a scam company. Go check out Trustpilot.comAnd other sites, the BBB, everything's negative and Shop Pay is advertising for Elodie or whatever names they use!I learned a big lesson with my first scam! Do your due diligence.
