I ordered an item on 30/11/25 which was a Christmas present. I had an email on 22nd Dec saying there was an issue with the courier but to reach out for support. I messaged asking if it would arrive in time for Christmas- no answer!It arrived after Christmas and I’ve sent numerous messages through the support function on their website asking how to return the item, but I’ve not had a reply. Still waiting to hear from them to sort out my return and refund….
