I bought an iPhone on November 28 along with accessories, including a case, through financing. At the time of purchase, the phone was listed as 'out of stock,' but no delivery date or estimated time was provided. Over a month passed with no updates or clear information. Eventually, I was asked if I wanted to cancel, which puts the customer in a tough position when financing is involved and multiple items are included. The case is useless without the phone, yet the situation was not handled clearly or proactively by the company. Retaining a customer's money without a delivery date and shifting the responsibility to the customer is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and poor handling of the delay caused unnecessary stress and complications. I would not recommend purchasing high-demand products from the service unless there is clear stock availability and a confirmed delivery date.
