I purchased an iPhone on November 28 along with accessories, including a case, through financing. At the time, the phone was marked as 'out of stock,' but no delivery date or estimated time was given. Over a month went by with no updates. Eventually, I was asked if I wanted to cancel, which puts the customer in a tough position when financing is involved and multiple items are included. The case is useless without the phone, yet the situation was not managed clearly or proactively by the company. Holding onto a customer's money without a delivery date and shifting the responsibility back to the customer is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and poor handling of the delay caused unnecessary stress and complications. I wouldn't recommend purchasing high-demand items from the platform unless there is clear stock availability and a confirmed delivery date.
