I received this as a gift from my aunt ( now deceased) at Christmas. I kept stopping in the dump position but I finally did get it to work properly. Now for the past 3-4 weeks it hasn’t worked and always stays in the dump position again. Now holding the buttons don’t change things. I contacted ELS Pet via email and explained the problem, they said send them the order/ receipt + video of what it’s doing. I explained I could get them a video and try to see if my aunts husband had or could get me the receipt/ order #. No luck so I explaining that to ELS Pet and now they just will not answer emails or do anything about their useless machine. DO NOT purchase from them !!!#junk #ELSPet #litterbox #ELS #Pet
