I am still waiting after spending a significant amount of money on this jewellery. I truly understand how frustrating this situation feels, and I’m very sorry for the stress and uncertainty this has caused you.To be fully transparent, our team initially made the decision to reship affected orders because the package appeared to be lost, with no movement or visible tracking updates. As part of that process, we contacted the courier to investigate further before proceeding.Following their investigation, we were informed that there appears to be an internal issue related to customs scanning, which has prevented tracking updates from appearing as expected. Because of this, the courier advised us to temporarily hold reshipments while they determine whether the original shipments can still be released from their end. At this stage, we are still awaiting their final confirmation.This information is typically internal and confidential, but we chose to share it with you in the interest of transparency and trust. Please know that there is absolutely no intention to delay, mislead, or inconvenience you, and we are certainly not scamming our customers. We are actively working with the courier to resolve this as quickly as possible.We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. As soon as we receive the next update from the courier—whether that is confirmation of release or reshipment—we will inform you immediately.If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this directly, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.If this is the case you would think they would stop all orders from being received on their site. But orders are still being taken and money is still being taken also. I feel like i have had all sorts of excuses as to why i havent received the goods as per their site. Very disappointing and no resolution in sight.
