As others have said, (a) I wish I had read their reviews before buying and (b) the product isn't fit for purpose.Pressure sale technique of offer ends today, which then renews for another full day and so on.Two weeks to deliver.The ear pods didn't work at all.Numerous ridiculous (AI?) emails in which they clearly stated they would give a full refund if I sent them a photo or video of it not working.When I sent the video of it doing nothing, they offered 15% refund. When I told them their reply was illegal, they offered a full refund which I have now received.
