Don't follow own return/refund policy

Bad enough to receive cheap rubbish, but the left ear doesn't have any sound. As the product is faulty, their own policy is to cover postage for return and give 100% refund. Contacted the email address (they take 24 hours to reply each time you reply) they keep offering partial refund if you don't bother to return at your own cost. They won't provide a pre-paid label either. It's in their own policy that if it is faulty, they cover cost to return! Beyond frustrating. Complete scam!
