I made a purchase before I realized it was a scam - low-quality headphones pretending to be an effective noise-cancelling solution. I found out that once opened, they couldn't be returned. I attempted to cancel the order, but the support team informed me that I had to wait for delivery. When they finally arrived, I reached out to the support team, and they offered me £15 to keep them. I declined and requested a full refund. Eventually, they provided me with an address in China. I sent them back at my own cost. They have been stuck in customs in China for over a month. I just tried to contact the support team again, but their support email appears to no longer be active.
