A complete fraud! I ordered in October, and my parcel still hasn't arrived. They NEVER addressed my return request, just ignored me. Eventually, I started receiving MAILER FAILURE notices; the email of a certain representative no longer exists, and they deleted their social media account. I can’t believe I fell for this online scam 😂, but trust me - I won’t give up, even if I have to go to Paris myself.
