EDIT:It seems I was wrong, even though at first the website seemed to be quite questionable, I reacted quite harshly. I asked for my refund and I have received it. The customer service was good considering I was accusing them of a scam. Overall I must say their team reacted in the perfect manner and I reacted quite poorly.
