0/5 - Worst Experience Ever | Avoid at All CostsI had an absolutely terrible experience with this brand and would strongly warn anyone against ordering from them.I ordered a dress well in advance, within the delivery window they themselves advertised, and was assured it would arrive before Eid. Not only did the dress never arrive, but they completely ruined my Eid in the process. To make matters worse, I had made 100% upfront payment — a mistake I deeply regret.What followed was an incredibly frustrating ordeal trying to get any kind of help or resolution. Their phones are constantly switched off. WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and on the rare occasion someone does respond or pick up, they are completely unhelpful — dodging questions, avoiding accountability, and offering zero solutions.I am now requesting a refund and cannot get through to a single person who can actually help me. This brand has cost me my money, my peace of mind, and a special occasion I can never get back.I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Stay away.
