Very bad experience. I was clearly told that everything was included under the warranty. However, when I reported that my rear windscreen defrost is not working, I was informed that this issue is not covered.This feels misleading, and I genuinely feel cheated, as this was never explained at the time of purchase.Additionally, your phone support is extremely poor. The contact number is ineffective — I can only reach an automated system and cannot get through to a customer service advisor despite multiple attempts.
