Double trouble

When they contacted me to say i needed to renew my service plan they knew nothing about the existing plan, as a result signed me up for a new plan that overlapped with my old plan which meant i missed out on a paid for scheduled service. When i pointed this out to me they apologised and stated they would rectify this, but as a result we need to take your details again. I gave them and they did not cancel anything. As a result I know have 3 service.plans on the same car, all overlapping and they are taking 3 sets of payments instead of one. Even though I have the referance numbers tryong to get this sorted on thier helpline is genuinly impossible. This should be straigtforward to sort out, but as they proved they were incompetent to begin with they are absolutely demonstrating it now.
