Absolute joke of a company, been trying to contact them over the last three days to arrange a cosmetic repair for a plan that I have with them emails going unanswered after chasing it and can’t even get through on the phone. If I haven’t had a response by tomorrow il be raising a formal complaint as this is just causing anxiety and guessing when a response will be received
