I ordered a manual for a specific vehicle model but was given a file for a different one. After contacting the support team, they sent another file, which was still not correct. I reached out again and received manuals for an entirely different model. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I had already received the manual. I reiterated that the manuals provided were incorrect on multiple occasions, but I have not received a response. While the manuals I did receive are well-made, they do not pertain to the vehicle I need, making them unhelpful. I would have rated this lower, but the quality of the manuals is good, just not applicable.
