I bought an e-manual in 2024, but the link directed me to the wrong model. After reaching out to the support team, I received a link to the correct manual via email. In December 2025, I purchased another manual (PDF) priced at $58.99 CAD, and once again, it was incorrect, pointing to a different model year. When I contacted support, they provided a link to software required to access files, rather than a PDF. This software costs $34.99 CAD and is frustratingly slow, lacking a search function, making it nearly useless. I requested a refund for the price difference, but they only offered a 25% discount on a future purchase. I’m finished with this service.
