Her name is Heather she will tell you one thing and do another. She told me that I was going to get a full refund that she was not gonna charge me $250 for the shipping and handling because the chair was defective but then after the chair is received and months later, she then says oh no the chair was fine so you gotta pay the $250 and if you don’t pay the $250 then it gets reported to the credit bureau fall for this scam horrible company they will do whatever they can to get money from you
