This company has been the worst I've ever dealt with, especially in terms of customer service and satisfaction. After weeks of back and forth on our design, we ordered our boxes, only to be disappointed with their arrival. They were not shipped properly, making assembly a struggle. Despite multiple attempts to discuss the issue with the representative, we received no satisfactory response. The final product was poorly designed, and even after sending a video to explain the problems, we were told we didn't know how to assemble it. After many calls, we were offered a refund that never came. I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider their lack of accountability and support.
