OMG, I am having the same experience right now. From Manoj being nice and all that to being unavailable once everything is done. Then of course the extra payments which I was promised that I don't have to pay another dime. And exceeding the limit was there too. It would have been professional for them to let me know. If I knew before I could have shoved more items along with the other goods as I had so much space left. Why am I not surprised? And now I am waiting for my goods to arrive and pay more to get the delivery. Just wow.
