I met Tom when he was doing an online seminar during covid. The presentation was clear and informative. So when lockdown eased I booked in an investors day to go meet him and the team, they took us around a few projects they had on and discussed how they could work with me to achieve my financial goals. After sitting down and creating a plan we got working on out first project in Northumberland. Being a distance away as I live in Manchester was never an issue, I was updated each week on the progress with a phone call/text messages and photos showing the quality work that had been done. The project is now complete and on the market ready to rent out. It's a lovely home ready for someone to move into.Really enjoyed working Tom and the team, when the refinance completes we will definitely using the funds for another project with Emergence.
