Hey everyone,
Today, I received a job offer from Latrobe Regional Hospital for an RMO position. On top of that, I’ve also been offered two interviews in the Wide Bay region under Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
I passed my AMC clinical exam in September 2025 as an offshore candidate. I enrolled in a mentorship course in December and started actively job hunting in January. I sent EOI emails to many regional hospitals across Victoria, WA, and Queensland. In the end, it was a single email contact shared by Dr Simra that helped me secure my first interview.
I had no real interview experience before this. Dr. Sankar guided me through the basics and helped me build confidence. Somehow, I managed to get through the interview successfully.
I’m truly grateful to Dr. Simra and Dr. Sankar for their support, time, and encouragement. Without their guidance, I would have felt completely lost navigating this process on my own.
