Dear Emirates Draw team,I have still not received my winning amount of AED50000 Easy6 winner drawn on 23rd May 2025.I have submitted all my documents for which you have acknowledged "approved for process". I eagerly await my winning amount in my bank. My bank has also been informed that my win will be credited from you. I tried calling your customer service care number +971 4 356 2424 many a times but the executive never comes online even after long waiting period adding to my mobile international call debit charges.Please do let me know when I will receive my winning amount. Why it's been delayed, do inform.I have written to you by email several times but not received any update from you after 1st Sep2025. Now It is more 90days.The joy of winning is turning into disappointment since no response or update. This delay has now become unreasonably long and is causing serious concern about the transparency and credibility of the Emirates Draw organization.
