Having a bank account with them, inexplicably, they allowed an unauthorized transaction outside of the UAE, and so far they haven't declined or reversed it, but instead they will give me some credit, which it's unacceptable and not fair since this is a fraud and because of the negligence of their system, I will owe my own money and I expect to have my money back as a refund. Now I have to wait for them for close to 3 months to resolve the investigation, a long time for something very important. This kind of risk is not acceptable, and it talks a lot about the safety of their system when it is supposed to be one of the main banks in the UAE.
