Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the bank—especially with the credit card services. This is supposedly a premium credit card (Skywards Infinite), but the reality is completely different.
Booking through the Thriwe portal is a complete frustration. For weeks, I couldn’t even log in due to a server outage. Now that the portal is finally working again, bookings are still extremely difficult because available slots are gone almost immediately.
Even when you manage to book, the confirmation takes far too long. Reliable planning is nearly impossible. Thriwe, overall, feels unprofessional. The customer support is also disappointing—the call center is hard to understand due to language barriers and poor communication quality.
In summary, the service does not live up to its premium promise in any way—honestly, even one star feels too generous.
