Our order is being prepared for 5 days, according to their website estimated delivery is between Sunday, February 11 2001 - Wednesday, February 25, 2026.I have spoken with them a number of times online and have been told I would get an email with an update on a delivery date, but nothing.Had to postpone delivery of the bed it is going to sit on.This isn't the 1st time we ordered from them, last time the service was excellent, but this is very disappointing. Maybe I am a victim of their success.Following on from Emma reply on the 12th. It's now 8 days since the order was submitted, 8 days since it was confirmed, and 6 days since the order was transferred to the warehouse. Still no confirmed delivery date.16/ 02 "We are pleased to inform you that your order #.......... has left our warehouse and will be handed over to our delivery partner."Oh, wait, only teasing, This is a follow-up regarding your order."Our logistics team has confirmed that they encountered an issue on their end and unfortunately will not be able to proceed with the delivery today. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this causes.They are currently working to resolve the matter, and once it has been sorted, they will contact you directly with an updated delivery schedule."Meantime we have to reschedule the already rescheduled delivery of a bed. Very poor
