I like the mattresses and pillows, but recently, I ordered 2 pillows from the website and accidentally sent them to the old address because the website remembered this from before. I immediately realised this and there was no way to cancel. I contacted someone through the chat and they told me it was too late to change the address and that the driver would contact me. I even questioned why the driver would contact me as this would not be the norm but he confirmed that the driver would. He never did and I had to organise to collect the pillows in the old house. It was unnecessary and there should have been an option to simply update the address or cancel the item.
