We bought a super king size EMMA mattress in January 2023, three years on we now need to replace it. It did not keep its shape, it has two hollows on each side and a hill in the middle. Now very uncomfortable. Would not recommend EMMA. We should not have to replace a mattress after only three years.EMMA thank you for replying to my comments. However, I have no intention of providing photographs or go measuring the dips as was requested of others complainants, as you cannot measure the discomfort experienced this way. If Emma genuinely cares about customer experience and want to be true to your 10 year guarantee, and “make it right” you can refund 70% of the €644.99 I paid for the mattress, anything else is disingenuous.Disappointingly, EMMA have not responded since or resolved my complaint.
