I ordered a mattress with a delivery address to county Cork but I was called away to Clare as a family member was in hospital. I emailed customer services to ask that the mattress be redirected to the Clare address instead. They said I needed to contact the courier. I asked them to contact the courier as it was Emma that organised the courier, not me. Tracking said it hadn’t been handed off to GLS yet. Yesterday, Emma agreed to contact the courier for me and get back to me. The mattress was delivered to the Cork address this morning. It will be sitting in the rain for days before I can get home. You would think this would be a simple request but no, apparently it was beyond their capabilities. I’m very annoyed by this.
