Had to cancel an order. Nothing was dispatched by Emma. Was sent an email immediately saying I would be refunded within 14 days (as is legally required). This was a month ago and still no refund. Each week their customer support says it has been escalated and the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. They have been telling me these lies for 3 weeks now. This is nothing short of stealing. Have filed a charge back with my bank as I won’t get anything back from these crooks wilfully. Avoid at all costs.
