I purchased a double mattress and was up-sold on a pillow and duvet to go with it. They sent me a single duvet which is too small for the mattress. There was no option to choose size. It's obviously supposed to match as part of the deal. They wouldn't change it for a double because it had the SKU number of the single on the sales receipt. As if that means anything to a customer.I contacted Emma support and they did nothing!
