It was not a particularly good experience at all. Emma forced me to cancel my first order because the mattress I had ordered was out of stock, which they only informed me about almost two months after the original order. It was very frustrating. I didn't even receive a voucher or discount for waiting, due to the lack of clarity on their part. To me, they are only a big name, nothing more. Would not buy again with them.
