I wrote the following email to Emma on the 14th of Nov with no response Hi Emma,Yesterday my mattress was delivered by GLS to (our address), Dublin. Order number 0025-N62K2W.The delivery driver was grumpy. He agreed to bring the mattress to the door of the apartments. He seemed very put-out, so I asked if he delivers mattresses every day. He said no, just for you. I said I ordered the mattress online without any idea of who would be delivering it. I assumed like with previous mattress delivery experiences that the mattress would be carried upstairs with our old mattress then taken away. I was suprised by the low quality of the delivery service that Emma provided. My main complaint is that the mattress was not brought to my apartment. It’s an ableist delivery service. I was born with a half an arm and I had to figure out how to get the mattress to the lift up to the 2nd floor, then had to push it to my apartment door. It was a real struggle with one hand and something I shouldn’t have to do. What if I was an elderly woman? I could have been injured.Emma should work with delivery companies who are equipped to deliver mattresses. It’s assuming that everyone is able-bodied and has a front door. I am renting in an apartment block and I have a disability. It was a disappointing delivery service.Yours Sincerely
