Ordered a Bundle 3 weeks before moving to our new home. Delivery expected in 7 working days, however, received an email saying it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks max 28/11/2025. I haven’t received any updated until today 26/11/2025 so yesterday I contacted the logistics company via email and got no reply. Today I have to open a ticket on Emma website and they said there’s been an issue with one item in Dublin warehouse, so they couldn’t deliver yet, it would take extra 6-8weeks. I asked if they could delivery the mattress without the cover, otherwise I would have to sleep on the floor. Unfortunately they can’t as they a system seems to be that archaic. They advised me to wait those weeks or cancel my order and make a new purchase just for the mattress, because they do have it in stock.. it would also be more expensive if you compare to the bundle price.. why haven’t I been contacted before with this issue? They waited 3 weeks, and I just got to know that because I was making contact! They turned my first week in my new home in a real nightmare. Refund will take up to 14 days. Now I don’t have where to sleep, no money back to buy a new one, and extremely stressed to have to find a mattress in 2 days, as I am moving on the 29th. Never been so disappointed with a company before
