Appalling service. My delivery was cancelled due to 'product not on truck'. I was then told it was at the back of the queue and they couldn't reschedule. Countless emails and phone calls later a package was carelessly thrown into my front garden. Unfortunately it was just one of my 5 items. I again phoned and phoned, was assured by Robel in customer service that he would get straight into the logistics team and phone me back within 30 minutes. He never called of course. Instead I start receiving emails confirming delivery of my order, others closing tickets raised for missing items and yet others asking for feedback congratulating themselves on a job well done. I still have received only one of my 5 items and will never use Emma again.
