I love my new Emma mattress and my sleep has definitely improved.However, the mattress arrives in a vacuum packed plastic bag and I can still get the smell of plastic/factory type smell off the mattress. Secondly, it is extremely heavy to lift upstairs (standard mattresses would be lifted upstairs by supplier) and is most definitely a 2 person job.
