Easily the worst mattress & customer service I've ever came across. I bought this mattress as a treat for myself and my partner , we're a young couple that have never experienced any sort of back pain until I bought a mattress from this company. We'd the mattress for a total of 5 days and the severe back pain it has caused was dehabiltating. It caused nothing but pain and sleepless nights resulting in us going into work with no sleep.When I contacted the company I was told to just deal with it for 4-6 weeks to let the mattress "break in" . When I explained to them multiple times that I can't go another night sleeping on the mattress Nevermind 4-6 weeks as the pain was so severe. They insisted they we just had to deal with jt for 4-6 weeks.When I told them I wanted a refund they offered to send a mattress topper if I'd keep the mattress - the mattress topper would take 4-6 weeks to come.Ive looked online since and have seen there is many people experiencing the same problem & have now since heard from other family and friends they're experiencing the same problems.I don't know in what world they think a mattress that needs to be broken in should cause severe back pain and that the consumer should deal with this for 4-6 weeks in hopes that it'll get any better, I've had new mattresses before and have never dealt with pain like this.They have said the mattress can be collected in 3-5 working days but only from then they I'll it take 14 WORKING DAYS to refund the money so now we will be out of pocket for atleast 3 weeks as we have to buy a new mattress.Easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with. AVOID
