Ordered and paid for a mattress, which arrived unusable with mould. I called to return it. 3 business days later it had not been collected. I called again. The collection process had not been activated. Even after I produced pictures of the defective product I was told No refund until mouldy mattress is collected (which was then my problem to house for more than a week).Pathetic service, pathetic - very expensive product. Do not recommend in the strongest terms.
