I really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering with these chancers but family members recommended following a positive experience several years ago. I placed my mattress on 2 Jan with a two week delivery promise. Six weeks later and I’ve still not got a delivery date let alone a mattress. CS are useless, but to be fair I think they are a generic call centre representing multiple companies rather than a dedicated team. They have fobbed me off 3 weeks on the trot with the same line that my order was mysteriously cancelled by their delivery agents and that they’ve reprocessed it and I’ll receive a new delivery date within five working days. They won’t/can’t escalate my call to complaints or refunds. I’ve had enough now and just want my money back asap. Apparently that takes up to 14 days, but don’t even trust that pathetic promise. I really do feel like I’ve been robbed. @emmasleep, it doesn’t look like can even be bothered to respond to the terrible reviews posted here but I’d love to hear your views on this level of service.**UPDATE** I’ve now received a full refund and Emma have asked me to update my review to reflect that. What they don’t understand is that I shouldn’t have to call them out in public to het them to respond to what was a terrible customer experience from start to finish. Effectively they had my money for two months and strung me along until I had enough. No proper apology let alone compensation for my time and inconvenience. I won’t be changing my rating and would recommend to anyone considering buying though them direct to look at alternatives.
