I have a VGO Pro that I purchased last Spring. During my first month my kick stand fell off multiple times (while riding), the back rack and battery pack fell off (also while riding), and the seat would loosen as I rode (it became a daily habit to tighten it before I went out). The battery would turn off suddenly as well from time-to-time (sometimes it turned off when it got to no bars, sometimes at one bar, and sometimes at two bars). I loved my bike anyway. However, this Spring, after having my bike a week over a year, the speedometer, which allows the bike to have power, suddenly stopped working. I brought it to where I purchased the bike, and they said that it was a common problem for these bikes. Emmo wouldn't cover me as I was a week over my warranty (despite the fact that it was completely a problem with their product and not at all with my use) and it cost me nearly $200 to replace.I don't want to criticize my bike, because I love it. But I am disappointed with this company and their lack of integrity.
