I was really disappointed with delivery. I have paid for package with delivery in home but without attemt it was sent somewhere else. And shop dont want to help or report it. To add everythigs i have to drive long way for pacakge and list money. You should pick another shop.
I have mixed feelings about my shopping experience with EMP. On the one hand, the products themselves are excellent—great quality and very well-designed, which I genuinely appreciate. Unfortunately, the order fulfillment process left a lot to be desired.Waiting nearly two weeks for delivery in today’s e-commerce world feels excessive, especially when many stores manage faster shipping even across borders. Ten days for delivery is simply too long.What disappointed me even more was the customer service. After reaching out to express my concerns, the reply I received from a Polish representative came across as unfriendly and patronizing. This kind of tone only reinforces the impression that the customer experience isn’t a priority here.I sincerely hope EMP will take steps to streamline their order processing and improve the tone and professionalism of their communication with clients. The potential is definitely there—the products are great—but the overall experience should match the quality of what they sell.
