The main issue i had with EMP was with an item of clothing. It took two weeks to deliver the items, which wasnt really an issue, just a long wait. But when items were finally delivered, the shirt was in a right mess. For one, the sizing was way off, orderdd a 'double XL,' it was so short in body lenght and arm length, it looked almost comical, it looked like a childs shirt and it was of such poor qaulity, so thin and cheap. Futher more the shirt was delivered in its plastic cover, it was so badly creased it looked like it was just stuffed in said bag with no due care, it also looked like it had been worn, and it smelled kind if funny too. It is fair to say, with in a day of parcel being delivered, its getting sent right back. I will say however, the two hats that came in the parcel were in excelent condition and werent damaged, ie the box was handled well in transit and packed well before. But that is about as good as it got. A very poor qaulity shirt, that fitted awfully, turned up in a mess and smelt funky. Doubt I'll order from this company again.
